1.  Is installation provided?
A Yes. We have trained and experienced installers that will work with you on the day of installation to set up the playset the best way possible.

2. Why should I buy one of your playsets when I can buy a cheaper set at one of the chain stores?

3. What is the warranty?
The structural warranty is for the lifetime of the set for the original purchaser in a residential use. Accessories have different warranties. Just send us pictures of the damaged part and proof of purchase and we will get replacement parts ordered. If the part is structurally damaged, they usually have the part to us in a month. Labor and delivery charges are not covered under warranty.

4. How soon do you install after we order?
A Usually within 3 weeks.

5. What ages can use this set?
A Any age child or adult can use our sets. While most other playsets can accommodate children aged 2-5, it is best to consider the size and stability of the playset for when your kids are 8-12 as well. You will not have to concern yourself with stability with a Rainbow.

6. Are there a weight limits on your sets?
A No. Anyone can use our playsets

7. How long will the set last?
A It is a durable one-time purchase designed to take all of your kids to adulthood. Your children can grow into the sets and not out of them since they are modular and expandable.

8. What if we discover something wrong after installation?
A Call our store right away and speak to the person that sold it to you. We will address your issue quickly and do our best to resolve it properly.

9. Will you visit our home before we decide to buy?
A Yes. We will do free yard evaluations for customers upon request and find you the best playset for your yard.
