Our services are very important to us.  We strive to and pride ourselves in giving our customers a favorable lasting experience with us from start to installation to any future maintenance or warranty needs.

Rainbow Play Systems

As a local supplier of Rainbow Play Systems we offer our customers the information they require to make the proper decision. We offer product expertise and educate our potential customers on the advantages of one system over another. Although it is a personal preference, we share our past experiences with customers and make it much easier to guide our customers to their final selection. We inform potential customers of the maintenance required at time of service, so there are no surprises well past the purchase. We offer site surveys at no charge to determine where best to place the system.

Professional and experienced delivery and installation are standard services we provide. Our contractors have been with us for 6 years and are very knowledgeable about the products we sell.  Our typical time between purchase and installation is 3-4 weeks.

For those who require staining of their system at a later date, we offer this service from qualified staining contractors to keep your set looking like new.

As Rainbow Play Systems are a major investment, we understand the family’s desire to take their system with them and offer disassembly, moving and reinstallation as desired. If you are moving out of state, chances are there is a Rainbow Distributor at the other end offering the same service.

As children get older the decision is made to sell the system and we connect potential purchasers with sellers.

With Rainbow’s “Exclusive Lifetime Warranty” offered to first time buyers, we work with the original owners to replace those parts to extend the life the system as it passes to new owners . Here again, we offer this in conjunction with moving if desired.

Being local, we are always here to help customers with issues as they might arise, and to be one point of contact with the manufacturer if warranty issues should arise.
